Policy consists of constant scandals. It seems to me,that almost any politician can be put in the end of his life if not in prison than in a madhouse! Such scandals are just trifle. For example the real scandal was when it became known, that
Englishmen knew about a preparing attack of Japanese on Pearl Harbor and have not warned Americans about it. They didn't warn their allies only because Englishmen had their own plans. What plans? Probably they all have
gone mad during that moment. I'm sure that nobody has answered before the law for this inactivity. But for excess of speed - it is possible to be put in prison!
